Global tech giant Google has introduced its new and exclusive launchpad accelerator for Indian startups working in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) area. The accelerator aims to address the pressing problems of the country with the help of advanced technology.
The three-month accelerator programme has been designed to grow the AI and ML ecosystem in India by helping Indian startups build scalable solutions problems specific to the country.
Google will select 8-10 emerging startups to provide guidance and each startup will get $100K Google Credits. The selected startups will have access to Google’s advanced technology and its best network of people.
Moreover, the shortlisted startups will receive extensive mentorship and support from the best of people working at Google in AI/ML, cloud, UX, Android, web, product strategy and marketing. The programme is part of Google’s Solve for India project.
“Over the years, Google has worked with some incredible startups across India who are using advanced technologies such as AI/ML to tackle everything from Agritech to Language Web, Healthcare and Transportation,” said Roy Glasberg, Global Launchpad founder.
